Union, N.J. (6/4/24) - Therese Doyle has been named Associate Director of Athletics as announced by the university this week.

She was named Acting Associate Director of Athletics in November 2022.

Doyle oversees the day-to-day internal affairs of the Athletic Department including fiscal management, budget development and reporting, personnel administration and sport oversight. She also serves as the Athletic Department liaison with Admissions, Scholarships & Financial Aid and Residential Services. 

She has served on the NCAA Regional Advisory Committees for Women's Lacrosse and Field Hockey. Her service on the NCAA Division III Field Hockey National Committee will begin this fall. Within the New Jersey Athletic Conference, she has served as the Sport Chair of women's lacrosse since 2019, and has chaired the Officiating Committee since 2022.

Doyle arrived at Kean after spending six years at Rutgers-Camden, mostly recently as the Assistant Director of Athletics/SWA. She holds two Master's degrees - an M.B.A. from Rutgers-Camden and an M.S. in Sport Business from Temple.  She graduated with an undergraduate degree in English from St. Joseph's University after a four-year career as a member of the field hockey team. Doyle was selected to the All-Atlantic 10 First Team her senior season. She is a 2019 graduate of The Women Leaders in College Sports Institute for Administrative Advancement.
