UNION, N.J. (1/11/25) – Four players scored in double figures as the Kean University men's basketball team extended their winning streak to three games with a 95-78 victory over Rutgers-Camden on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!

• D.J. Alicea scored 10 points as the Cougars opened on a 15-6 run, including starting with eight straight points on their first three shots.
• The Cougars pushed their lead to double digits behind 12 points from Justin Morton.
• The senior's 12 points came during a 25-14 run that gave the Cougars their largest lead of the game at 42-24 with 3:52 before halftime.
• Camden put together a 12-7 mini run that cut Kean's led to single digits inside a minute.
• Andrew Turco nailed a three from the corner just before time expired as Kean took a 49-37 lead into the break.
• The second half saw more of the same as Kean traded buckets and Camden couldn't get the lead down to single digits.

• Morton totaled 22 points, four rebounds and three steals.
• Alicea notched 22 points and eight rebounds.
• Adam Silas posted 16 points and seven assists.
• Turco collected 13 points, six assists and five rebounds.
