GLENSIDE, Pa. (1/14/24) – Chris Mitchell finished with 12 kills and a .550 hitting percentage as the Kean University men's volleyball team dropped a non-conference contest to Arcadia University, 3-1 on Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!

• Kean led 15-9 in the opening set, before the Knights rallied with a 10-5 run.
• Danny Pugliano notched two kills along with a Sean Murphy ace allowed the Cougars to pull out a 25-23 victory.
• After falling behind 7-2 to open set two, Kean evened the set at 20-20 behind three kills from Pugliano.
• Arcadia closed with a 5-1 run to even the match.
• The third set proved to be a back-and-forth affair, before Arcadia again closed with a 5-1 run.
• The final set saw the Knights hit .351 behind a combined 15 kills from Danny Gonzlez and Josh Clendening.

INSIDE THE BOX

• Pugliano finished with eight kills and three block assists.
• Murphy posted seven kills and four digs.
• Aidan Flinn and Michael McSorley both totaled six kills and eight digs.
• Brandon Millias recorded 32 assists and 10 digs.
• Tyler Quinn collected 11 digs.
