UNION, N.J. (1/21/25) – Danny Pugliano finished with 12 kills, no errors and a .706 hitting percentage as the Kean University men's volleyball team earned a straight sets sweep of King's College (PA), 3-0 on Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!

• Adian Flinn, Sean Murphy, Chris Mitchell and Pugliano all notched four kills apiece as the Cougars won a tight opening set, 25-22.
• After jumping out to a 6-1 lead, the opening stanza was extremely tight until the final points.
• Flinn posted two kills down the stretch in a three-point victory.
• The second set was a back-and-forth affair that saw 14 ties and six lead changes.
• Kean closed with four straight points, including back-to-back kills from Owen String and Murphy.
• The Cougars ran away with the match in the third set as they hit .438 with a combined 13 kills from Flinn, Pugliano and Nick Huzar.
