GREENSBORO, N.C. (5/27/25) – Jason Gilman has been tabbed the Region IV Pitcher of the Year as the American Baseball Coaches Association released their 2025 NCAA Division III All-Region Teams.
Gilman was selected to the first team with
CJ Tomalavage and
Jason Basilicata.
Kyle Adorno was named to the second team, while
Tyler Stone and
Christian Pareja were third team selections.
Gilman earns his first all-region selection and becomes the first pitcher in program history to earn a regional award from the ABCA. The senior also was named Regional Pitcher of the Year from D3Baseball after posting a 2.09 ERA with a 13-1 record and 136 strikeouts over 103 1/3 innings pitched across 14 appearances. The Old Bridge N.J. native led the nation in strikeouts and wins along with setting single season records in the same categories.
Tomalavage earns his first all-region selection after hitting .359 with 56 hits, 43 RBI's, 42 runs scored, 12 doubles, 12 homeruns and one triple over 47 games.
Basilicata earns his first all-region appearance after posting a 1.96 ERA with a 4-1 record and 46 strikeouts over 41 1/3 innings pitched across 20 appearances.
Adorno earns his second all-region appearance after hitting .398 with 72 hits, 57 runs scored, 36 RBI's, 31 stolen bases, eight doubles, six triples and two homeruns over 47 games.
Pareja earns his first all-region appearance after posting a 2.89 ERA with a 6-1 record and 46 strikeouts over 65 1/3 innings pitched across 11 appearances.
Stone makes his second all-region appearance after hitting .344 with 63 hits, 46 runs scored, 40 RBI's, 13 doubles, 10 stolen bases, five triples and four homeruns over 49 games.
