GLENSIDE, Pa. (2/25/26) – Brooke Sztenderowicz made 14 saves as the Kean University women's lacrosse team dropped their 2026 season opener to Arcadia University, 8-5 on Wednesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!

• The Cougars were playing from behind the entire game as the Knights notched three of the first four goals.
• Arcadia closed the half with back-to-back goals before halftime.
• Ella Petrosh and Lilliana Kalokitis scored in the opening stanza as Kean trailed 5-2 at the break.
• Ridgelee Flohr scored the Cougars lone goal in the third, while Shannon Palen opened the scoring in the fourth to cut the deficit to 5-4.
• The Knights responded with back-to-back goals, which pushed the advantage back to three goals.
• Cayla Wurz capped off the scoring for the Cougars in the fourth.
