UNION, N.J. (2/3/26) – Chris Mitchell finished with 13 kills and no errors as the Kean University men's volleyball team earned a 3-0 straight sets sweep of the New Jersey City University Gothic Knights in a New Jersey Athletic Conference contest on Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!

• Mitchell notched five kills on eight swings as the Cougars rallied from an early 9-5 deficit to take set one, 25-20.
• Mitchell added another six kills along with four from Caden Krzyzak in a wire-to-wire 25-20 middle set victory.
• Kean put NJCU to bed with a .350 hitting percentage in the final set.
• Aidan Flinn posted eight kills in the third set alone.

INSIDE THE BOX

• Mitchell posted a .419 hitting percentage.
• Flinn totaled 10 kills and nine digs.
• Sean Murphy notched nine kills and six digs.
• Danny Pugliano totaled eight kills.
