ARLINGTON, Va. (4/7/26) – Chris Mitchell finished with 19 kills and seven digs as the fifth seeded Kean University men's volleyball team advanced in the Continental Volleyball Conference Tournament with a 3-1 defeat of fourth seeded Marymount University on Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!

• Kean was held to a negative hitting percentage in their 25-23 set one loss that saw 10 ties and four lead changes.
• Mitchell and Aidan Flinn combined for seven kills and no errors as the Saints missed seven serves in a 25-21 Cougars victory.
• Kean took set three with six kills from Mitchell and two apiece from Vaughn Turner, Danny Pugliano and Tonio Guglietta.
• Mitchell racked up five kills with no errors as the Cougars hit .324 in the 25-22 set four victory.
