Albright Shuts Out Women’s Soccer

READING, Pa. (9/12/26) – Two first half goals proved to be the difference as the Kean University women's soccer team dropped a non-conference contest to Albright College, 2-0 on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!
  • The Lions tallied their first goal in the eighth minute after a failed defensive clear led to Gabby Verdone beating two defenders for the score.
  • Albright added to their lead in the 32nd minute as Megan Chikezie ran onto a through ball, beat one defender and ripped a shot into the upper 90.
