Game One

The Profs (30-6, 16-2 NJAC) plated two runs in the second inning, aided by a Cougar miscue.  Kean clawed back and scored a single run in the third inning as Michael Lapczynski drove in Philip Mahlik who reached after being hit by a pitch. Kean took their first lead of the day in the top of the fifth as Brett Hilsheimer lofted a two-run homerun over the leftfield wall.

The lead was short lived as Rowan tied things up in the bottom of the same inning with a sac fly.  The Profs took the lead for good with some small ball in the seventh inning for what would be the final.

Kyle Adorno was 2-for-4 with two runs scored in the leadoff spot.
