UNION, N.J. (12/15/25) – The Kean University football team went 3-7 overall and 2-5 in the New Jersey Athletic Conference under Head Coach Dan Garrett in his 20th season at the helm of the Cougars.

Season Highlights

Posted a 3-7 overall record
Recorded a 2-5 record in the NJAC.
Opened the season with a last second game-winning field goal to beat SUNY Morrisville.
Earned back-to-back NJAC victories over William Paterson and new affiliate member VSU-Castleton.
Faced two ranked opponents in Salisbury and CNU.
Eight All-NJAC Selections, including two first teamers.
Three NJAC Weekly Selections.
One All-Region Selection.
