Wilson Competes on Final Day of NCAA Championships

GREENSBORO, N.C. (3/22/25) – Braelyn Wilson finished 41st in the 200 back event on the final day of the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center on Saturday.

The rookie posted a time of 2:07.24 in the event.

Kean finished 27th with 17 points as a team, the Cougars finished 33rd in 2023.

Wilson finished the week with two All-American selections (50 Free, 100 Back) and a top eight podium finish. She becomes the first in program history to earn a first team All-American selection and a top eight podium finish.

She also is just the second All-American in program history joining Naomee Miller (2023).

"This year's NCAA championship meet was the perfect ending to the most successful season in school history. For Braelyn to earn multiple All-American selections as a freshman is a direct result of talent and hard work coming together. We finished the meet with our highest point total (17) and finish in (27th) in school history and we are excited to keep building the future."
