A three-time All-New Jersey Athletic Conference honoree, William Feehan ended his four years on the diamond for the Cougars in possession of most of the program's career hitting records. He concluded his baseball career at Kean in 1985 as the team's all-time leader in career batting average, hits and RBI, and was second in slugging percentage.

In 1983 he was named a Division III Second-Team All-American, as well as to the Division III All-District 2 First-Team. That year, he recorded a .465 batting average, best in the NJAC, and fifth nationally among all NCAA Division III baseball players. Feehan also collected 53 hits with 40 RBI with three home runs, while striking out just five times in 114 at bats, in pacing Kean to a 20-10 record, the most victories in school history, and its second Eastern College Athletic Conference tournament championship. Feehan, playing primarily as a designated hitter and first baseman, earned first-team All-NJAC recognition in 1985, after being named second-team in 1982 and 1983.

Feehan held the program record in career batting average, hits and RBI upon his graduation and currently ranks second in batting average (.400), third in slugging percentage (.688), fourth in hits (161), fifth in RBI (98) and tied for sixth in runs scored (111).

Feehan earned a Bachelors of Science degree in management science from Kean in 1994.
